Clubhouse Covid Protocol

Covid Rules

Any person consuming food or drink must be seated at a table immediately on entering the premises - our staff will not be able to serve members unless they are seated at a table.

Orders for food or drink must be taken from customers only at the table at which they are seated.

A maximum of six people from up to six households can be seated together. Children aged 12 and under are not counted in the total and more than six will also be permitted if they all belong to a single household.

We ask that all members (unless exempt) wear a mask when walking through the Clubhouse.

We will have a one-way system in operation to gain access to the toilets - entrance is via West Porch, through the back corridor and exit is via the East porch (with exception for disabled access)

To help with the Test, Trace, Protect contact tracing programme there will be a QR code on your table which you need to scan with your camera phone, select the area you are in (ie - outdoor dining/bar/bar or restaurant) and register your details. This will take less than 30 seconds and your details will be kept securely for three weeks. Our staff will ask if this has been completed and can assist if required.

We also ask that our members follow the below Club rules:

Whilst we have limited numbers, members are only permitted to bring up to 2 guests.

When sitting under the marquee, we ask members to politely refrain from smoking and to respect others.

Children

Children must be supervised at all times - especially in the marquee is situated in the yard and access to the grounds is via the yard. The yard is a working yard so please take care as you pass through.

Children are very welcome within the following hours - they are welcome accompanied by an adult until 10pm except on a Friday or Saturday when they are allowed until 9pm.
